1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the service

Direct Services is a platform that connects customers with businesses for booking appointments. We provide the technical booking service, while the service itself (for example a haircut, treatment or examination) is provided by the chosen business.

We are not a party to the relationship between the customer and the business, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the services provided by businesses.

3. Account and registration

To use certain features you need to create an account and provide accurate information (first name, last name, phone number and/or email).

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Obligations of customers and businesses

You agree to use the platform in accordance with the law and these terms.

• Customers: must provide accurate information, honor booked appointments and respect each business's cancellation rules.
• Businesses: are responsible for the accuracy of business, service and price information, for the availability of time slots, and for providing services to customers in accordance with regulations.
• It is prohibited to enter inaccurate, offensive, unlawful or third-party data without authorization.

5. Bookings and cancellations

By booking an appointment you enter into a relationship directly with the chosen business. Rules for confirming, changing and cancelling appointments are set by the business.

Please cancel appointments in good time if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on your use of the platform.

6. Content you post

You retain rights to the content you post (for example photos and business information). By posting content you grant us the permission needed to display it within the platform in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the right to post such content and for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of third parties or applicable regulations.

7. Notifications and communication

By using the platform you agree that we send you transactional notifications by SMS and email that are necessary for booking — confirmations, reminders and notices about changes or cancellations. See the Privacy Policy for details on how this data is processed.

8. Pricing and billing

The terms for businesses using the platform (including any free periods) are shown during business registration. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

Prices for the services provided by businesses are set by the businesses themselves.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, logo and software are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without our permission, except for content posted by users and businesses themselves.

10. Disclaimer

We provide the platform "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation and are not responsible for the services provided by businesses.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including damages arising from the relationship between customers and businesses.

12. Termination

We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to the platform in the event of a breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the platform after changes are published you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes are subject to the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
